Tendril Highlights Utility and Consumer Collaboration for Energy Efficiency at GreenBeat 2009
Tendril, creator of the Tendril Residential Energy Ecosystem (TREE) for utilities, energy retailers and their consumers, announced that the company’s chief executive, Adrian Tuck, will participate in a panel discussion on consumer energy efficiency at this year’s seminal conference on the smart grid, GreenBeat 2009, November 18-19, 2009 at the Marriott San Mateo.
GreenBeat will bring together leading entrepreneurs, investors, utilities, technology executives, and policymakers to accelerate the development of a leaner, more efficient electrical grid. The conference will host the most influential leaders of the national discussion around the smart grid, such as Nobel Peace Prize winner Al Gore and John Doerr, partner, Kleiner Perkins Caulfield & Byer, both of whom will be keynote speakers at the event.
As an acting member of the GreenBeat advisory board, Adrian took a leading role in mapping out the most exciting smart grid business and technology opportunities to highlight at the conference, including his own panel on enabling consumer energy efficiency through a two-way dialogue with utilities.
